Our specialized web application is the central hub for AMO flight records, safety tools, and online training [5]. As the Software Project Manager, you lead the technical team responsible for upgrading, securing, and modernizing this portal, directly supporting the digital backbone of national border aviation. Mitigate Risk: Identify software-specific project risks, security vulnerabilities, and deployment hurdles, designing swift, effective mitigation plans.
